What’s Included In an End of Lease Clean
We have designed our move-out cleaning services to be simple and convenient. Our End of Lease Cleaning service includes all the essentials required by property managers/agents. This comprehensive service involves a thorough cleaning of all general areas, as well as the insides of drawers, cabinets, and ovens. If you require additional services such as window cleaning or steam carpet cleaning, you can easily add these when booking.
In addition to the optional extras, our bond back guarantee ensures that all the general cleaning expectations of your agent will be met. This covers areas such as behind or under permanent furniture, high and low skirting boards, ceiling fans, grout in showers, range-hood filters, and even inside the dishwasher.
Please be aware that for end of lease cleans, we will only spot clean 2-3 major scuff marks per wall. If you require full wall cleaning, this will need to be added as an extra service for an additional fee.
